Ott's and Braddock's Name Courtney Doyle as Public Relations and Marketing Director

Local restaurants and social hot spots Ott’s and Braddock’s announced the hiring of Courtney Doyle as their Public Relations and Marketing Director. Ms. Doyle will be responsible for the company’s social media accounts, advertising efforts, and networking for their many events, including their annual golf outing, which raises money for breast cancer patients at Virtua.

There are three Ott's restaurants in Medford, West Berlin and Washington Township. They all have a reputation for being a family-friendly sports bar with great food and drinks, daily specials and live entertainment. Braddock’s Tavern is a casual fine-dining and pub destination. It has been an operational tavern in Historic Downtown Medford, N.J., for the last 192 years.

Courtney Doyle has worked at Ott’s for more than 10 years and spent five years as the restaurant manager at Braddock’s.  “My past experience gives me insight into our customers,” says Doyle. “Based on their feedback, I have learned what they like and what they don’t, and that will help me gear my message toward them.”

In her new role, Doyle intends to broaden the customer base for both Ott’s and Braddock’s with an expanded social media campaign.  “I know that our audience wants to know what we’re doing next, whether it’s a new entertainment or a special for the day,” says Doyle. “Our social media campaign will ensure they don’t miss anything important to them.”
